9th Anniversary

Hey Scott I need a card first to be able to exchange it!! - Oh Yes Scott did it again - He forgot!

Anyway - Wow nine years and look how far we have come!! God has blessed our marriage!! Scott is a great husband and a wonderful dad. Who would have thought that God would call us to move to South Africa. What an experience!!
.
Scott and I have taken this time here to REALLY get to know eachother all over again (this is the most time we have spent together) - the likes - walks to the park, playing tennis together (we both are not very good), taking weekend trips (we love seeing Africa), and just vegging out in our back yard having a braai (BBQ)!! and then some minor dislikes - driving directions for our weekend trips (we never seem to agree - or somehow I mess up the map directions), seeing eachother 24/7 (he works from home - ya know - everyone needs some time to themselves), and the little fights over invasion of each others space.
.
Overall, we really do work well together!!

I am sorry to say that because we are across the world I do not have any wedding photos to show you. So a current family photo will have to do. God has blessed us with two wonderful kids.

We will be taking a trip to the east coast to "relax" and take in more of Africa (what a beautiful place) for our anniversary

Happy Anniversary Scott!!
and
may God Bless us with many more!!

Happy 9th, Scott and Lia!

where oh where has the time gone?

I hope you enjoy your vacay to the east coast. You all look so well.

BTW, I could locate a wedding photo and scan it in, if you would like. ;)

I have to admit that I forgot our anniversary this year too. It's not so much us forgetting, but rather because we celebrate every day our love for our wives that it makes it hard to remember the "exact" day of our vows. So really it's an over abundance of love that is the problem and unfortunately that is all we know. So just consider yourself fortunate.

Your van is officially sold. I'll send the check to your parents this week.

Peace out!

Glad to hear you had a good anniversary and spent it counting your blessings. Anxious to hear how your vacation goes and to see some pictures of the coast of Africa. Wow, you truly are on a wonderful adventure and you're making the most of it! God sure knew what He was doing 9 years ago and we also thank Him for your marriage. We Love you both tons and are SO proud of you!! Mom and Dad

Happy Anniversary! It's neat to see how God has worked in your lives in the past 9 years.

Blessings to you and here's to another 9 years! (kinda cheezy, I know...but an honest and heart-felt wish!)
